This plugin relies on SiteStaffr cloud services and third-party infrastructure providers to deliver chat, voice, AI, and billing features.
SiteStaffr Cloud Service (Required)
* Purpose: Site registration, authenticated chat and voice session orchestration, post-conversation processing, automatic daily indexing of new and updated pages so the AI can answer from them, and AI blog content generation (manual and scheduled Autopilot posts, including topic suggestions)
* Data sent: Site URL, installation identifier, business context/settings, transcript text, and usage metadata required to deliver service features. For blog generation: the post topic/keyword, your business name and description, titles/URLs/short excerpts of your published pages and the internal link targets of your recent generated posts, drafts included (for internal linking and link variety), and your site’s category/tag names. Generated posts are delivered directly back to your site and are not stored on SiteStaffr servers. For knowledge indexing: the text of published pages selected for indexing, sent when you run an update from Settings, during setup, and automatically once a day for pages that are new or have changed since they were last read. The daily pass reads pages only; it does not rewrite your saved business text unless you turn that on in Settings. It can be disabled entirely with the sitestaffr_auto_index_enabled filter.

SiteStaffr processes visitor conversation data to provide chat and voice agent functionality.
Data may include:
