PWM Contact Router Lite is a lightweight contact-routing tool that connects WordPress visitors with a business’s primary contact through a configurable floating button compatible with WhatsApp.
Unlike a generic social icon, it is designed around a clear support workflow: identify the responsible contact, preconfigure the opening message, control where the contact action appears, and give visitors a direct path to the right person.
The Lite version is fully functional for one contact and includes:
Configurable contact name, phone number, and initial message.
Customizable button text, color, and position.
Independent visibility controls for mobile and desktop.
