This plugin optionally integrates with the following external services. These services are only contacted when you explicitly enable the relevant feature in Settings.
Cloudflare Turnstile (optional)
When Enable Turnstile for Guest Tickets is set to Yes, the plugin:
Loads the Turnstile client-side script from Cloudflare’s CDN on the guest create-ticket page:
https://challenges.cloudflare.com/turnstile/v0/api.js
Sends the visitor’s Turnstile response token and (optionally) their IP address to Cloudflare’s verification endpoint:
https://challenges.cloudflare.com/turnstile/v0/siteverify
This means visitor data (browser fingerprint for the widget, and the IP address used for server-side verification) is transmitted to Cloudflare. No data is sent when Turnstile is disabled (the default).
