This plugin connects to the chatpod ai platform to provide AI chat functionality. The following external services are used:
chatpod ai Backend API
Service: chatpod ai API (https://api.chatpod-ai.com)
Purpose: Fetches widget configuration, processes AI chat conversations, logs cart events, and handles automation webhooks (order events, status changes)
Data sent: Store URL, cart operations, order details (email, items, totals), WooCommerce session IDs
When: On every page load (widget config), on cart operations, and on WooCommerce order/status events

Purpose: Collects anonymous widget usage metrics (e.g. widget opens, searches) to power analytics in your chatpod ai dashboard
