Volixta Task Manager Lite helps you organize projects, manage tasks and stay on top of deadlines directly from your WordPress dashboard.

Email reminders use WordPress wp_mail() and WP-Cron and are disabled by default. Delivery depends on your site’s mail configuration and scheduled task execution.

Private and encrypted attachments
Keep task-related documents within your WordPress installation.
Attachments are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and accessed through authenticated WordPress downloads. Files are limited to 10 MB each or your site’s lower upload limit.
Encryption requires OpenSSL and a writable uploads directory. Changing WordPress authentication salts may prevent existing encrypted attachments from being decrypted.
Task and project information is stored in dedicated WordPress database tables.
CSV and JSON exports do not include encrypted attachment files. Regular WordPress backups are recommended.

Choose from three appearance modes:
Standard – A clean, light interface.
Immersive – A dark workspace for comfortable navigation.
Focus – A minimal design with fewer distractions.
The responsive interface adapts to desktop, tablet and mobile screens.
A six-step setup wizard helps you configure your workspace, create your first project and choose your reminder preferences. All settings can be changed later.
Volixta Support integration
Turn customer support requests into actionable project tasks with the optional Volixta Support integration.
When both plugins are active, you can:
Find support tickets by number or subject.
Create tasks directly from existing tickets.
Automatically carry over ticket titles and priorities.
Link tasks to their original support requests.
Open previously linked tasks without creating duplicates.
Navigate between support tickets and related tasks.
For example, a customer reports an issue with their website. Create a linked task, assign it to a project and track its progress on your Kanban board.
Support tickets and tasks remain separate records. Their statuses, comments and attachments are not automatically synchronized.
Volixta Support is completely optional. Task Manager Lite works independently.

Lite edition
Volixta Task Manager Lite provides a personal workspace for one WordPress administrator.
It does not include multi-user collaboration, team roles or frontend task submission. Project and task management, including the optional Volixta Support integration, is available to the authorized administrator.
Security and Uninstall
Task Manager Lite uses private, owner-restricted WordPress endpoints and dedicated database tables. Private attachments are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and require authenticated downloads. The plugin does not need an external task management account to store its core project and task data.
Email reminders are optional and use your site’s WordPress mail system and WP-Cron. Data shared with an optional Volixta Support integration is subject to that plugin’s permissions.
Important: Deactivation keeps your project data. Uninstallation permanently deletes plugin-specific data, database tables, settings, notification history and encrypted attachments. Make a full backup before uninstalling. Preserve WordPress authentication salts to keep existing encrypted files readable.
