A separate add-on (hosted on our website, not WordPress.org) can add extras such as a floating chat widget, multi-agent support, lead capture, analytics, and WooCommerce automation. The phone number is the one you configure in the plugin settings. The pre-filled message may include product name, price, URL, shop name, and SKU — all sourced from your own WooCommerce store. External Services
This plugin generates click-to-chat links that direct users to WhatsApp via the wa.me short-link service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.
What data is sent and when:
Data is transmitted only when a visitor actively clicks the chat button. At that point, the browser opens a URL in the following form:
