How it works

Powered by Globo Support: The globo widget chat plugin uses Globo Support’s Chat Widget feature to allow visitors to interact with wordpress sites and send queries to the site owners.
Integration with the dashboard: Messages sent through the widget (widget.globo.support) are seamlessly integrated into the Globo.support’s dasbhoard app.globo.support. WordPress site owners will receive these messages on app.globo.support and will be able to manage conversations and interactions from a centralized location.
