How it works
Install and activate the plugin.
Go to WillieChat in your WordPress admin menu.
Log in with your WillieChat email and password.
Select the website you want to connect.
Done! The chat widget appears on your site immediately.
External Service
This plugin connects to the WillieChat external service to provide AI-powered live chat functionality. The following data is transmitted:
During setup: Your email address and password are sent to the WillieChat API (williechat.com) to authenticate your account.
On every public page: A JavaScript widget is loaded from williechat.com to display the chat interface to your visitors.
During chat: Visitor messages are processed by the WillieChat service to generate AI responses.

Requirements
A WillieChat account. Create a free account if you don’t have one yet.
PHP 7.4 or higher with the OpenSSL extension (recommended for credential encryption).
