ChatX is an AI-powered assistant developed by SoftXAsia.
This plugin connects your WooCommerce store to ChatX Cloud so your AI chat assistant can answer product questions using up-to-date catalog data.

Privacy Policy
This plugin connects to ChatX Cloud, an external service operated by SoftXAsia.
Data sent to ChatX Cloud:
Product catalog data when you index or reindex products (name, SKU, price, stock, categories, description, URLs)
Your site domain and site name when registering the chat widget
Data loaded from ChatX Cloud:
A chat JavaScript file is loaded on the frontend when the chat widget option is enabled
