ReplyMind integrates OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini directly into your WordPress comment workflow. Generate thoughtful, on-topic replies to reader comments without leaving your admin dashboard. Replies are posted as the actual post author — complete with their avatar and name — making every response feel personal and authentic.
Two reply modes:
Suggestion Mode — The AI drafts a reply. You review it, edit if needed, and publish with one click. Full control, none of the typing.
Auto Reply Mode — Replies are posted automatically as soon as a new comment is approved. Great for high-volume sites.
Core features:
Author-aware replies — replies are attributed to the post author (with their avatar and name), not a generic site name

Advanced features:
Reply Rules — configurable rules evaluated before each reply. Skip spam keywords, flag support complaints, override tone for praise, append pricing prompts, skip very short comments. First matching rule wins.
Sentiment Detection — local (no external API) keyword-based sentiment scoring. Flag, skip, or auto-switch to Empathetic tone for negative comments.
Email Approval Workflow — Suggestion Mode can email a one-click Approve/Reject link to the post author. Tokens expire in 48 hours.
Reply Scheduling — delay Auto Mode replies by 1-168 hours so they feel human rather than instant.
Per-Post Settings — meta box on every post lets authors override tone, mode, and prompt for that post.
Multi-Provider by Taxonomy — assign a different AI provider/model per any taxonomy term: blog categories, WooCommerce product categories, custom taxonomies. First matching term wins.
Analytics Dashboard — summary cards, 30-day activity chart, top posts, sentiment breakdown, error log. All local.
WooCommerce Product Reviews — extend AI replies to product reviews with product context (name, description, star rating).
Multisite Network Support — network admin page to view all sites and push settings across the network.
Guided onboarding tour — a 5-step walkthrough on first activation covering Settings, Advanced Settings, Rules, Analytics, and Batch.

Developer filters:
replymind_send_comment_data — return false to skip a specific comment before ReplyMind hands it to the AI Client
External Services
ReplyMind 1.1+ does not call any external AI provider directly. All AI requests are routed through WordPress core’s built-in AI Client API (wp_ai_client_prompt(), introduced in WordPress 7.0). The AI Client owns provider configuration, API-key storage, and the network calls; ReplyMind only provides the prompt and consumes the returned text.
The provider you configure in Settings → Connectors (managed by WordPress core, not this plugin) will receive:
The comment text.
The post context (title and short excerpt).
Your custom system prompt, if any.
The AI Client sends this data to whichever provider WordPress core is configured to use — commonly OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini. Please review the privacy policy of your chosen provider:

Data is sent only when an AI reply is generated (manually, automatically, or via batch processing). No data is stored by the ReplyMind developer or transmitted to any approidtech.com endpoint.

This plugin sends comment text and post context (title and excerpt) to the AI provider you configure (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini) for the sole purpose of generating a reply. No data is stored by the plugin developer. A WordPress privacy data exporter and eraser are included.
