Bundled runtime files and third-party sources
Image Tools WebAssembly codec runtime files
Noesia Smart Waiter includes the following WebAssembly runtime codec files for the Image Tools module:

modules/free/image-tools/assets/vendor/jsquash-avif/codec/enc/avif_enc.wasm
modules/free/image-tools/assets/vendor/jsquash-webp/codec/enc/webp_enc.wasm

These files are required runtime assets for local browser-side image conversion and encoding. They are used to encode AVIF and WebP images directly in the user’s browser as part of the Image Tools module.
They are not development files, build artifacts, logs, backups, private files, or server-side executables. They are local WebAssembly codec binaries loaded by the bundled Image Tools encoder scripts when the user performs image conversion.
No image files are sent to Noesia servers or to a third-party API for this conversion flow. The image processing is performed locally in the browser.
