Live Chat 外掛為完全功能的免費聊天外掛，可透過發送表情符號和附件進行聊天並顯示訊息通知，在您的網站上添加此外掛后即可建立代理人並向用戶和代理人發送桌面通知。
Live Chat 的關鍵功能

即時聊天 – Live Chat 外掛為您的客戶支援提供協助。
桌面通知 – 您可以向管理員和前端用戶發送桌面通知。
附件 – 前端用戶和管理員都可以發送附件。
表情符號 – 前端用戶和管理員都可以發送表情符號。
聊天選項 – 您可以從後台設置將離線、在線和離開線設定為何種狀態。
代理人 – 您可以添加代理人進行聊天。
聊天窗口自定義樣式和主題 – 您可以從後台設置更改聊天窗口的顏色和主題。
實時訪客 – 您可以獲取實時訪客的ip地址和瀏覽器詳細信息**。

使用方法

首先啟用外掛。
2.啟用後，您可以在前端網站的右下方看到聊天窗口。
3.您可以從後台更改設置。
4.您可以從後台為聊天窗口設置主題。
5.可以啟用或禁用後台的通知音，並且還可以更改通知音。
6.可以從後台將聊天窗口位置更改為網站的左下方或右下方。

First Activate Plugin.
2.After activation you can see a chat window on the right bottom of your site on frontend.
3.you can change the settings from the backend.
4.you can set the themes for chat window from backend.
5.can enable or disable notification tone from the backend and can also change notification tones.
6.can change chat window location to left bottom or right bottom of your site from backend.= Minimum requirements for Custom Map =
