Contact Form 7 sends an email and forgets the submission. If that email lands in spam, bounces or gets deleted, the lead is gone. There is no list to search, no way to export what arrived last week, and no easy way to give your sales or HR team a regular summary.
Entry Ranger for Contact Form 7 keeps every submission in its own indexed table, lets you manage them from a single screen, and can email your team a CSV of the new entries every day, week or month.

Entry Ranger for Contact Form 7 does not send data to any external server and does not include analytics, telemetry, or license checks.
Submissions from your Contact Form 7 forms are stored in the wp_entrafo_submissions and wp_entrafo_files tables in your own database, and may include the fields entered by the person submitting the form, their IP address, user agent, and any attached files.
Scheduled reports email CSV files with those submissions to the recipients you configure, using your site’s own mail system (wp_mail). Generated files are kept on your server for the number of days set in Settings. Erasing a person’s data with the WordPress privacy tools does not recall copies already emailed or files not yet deleted. You can delete them from the plugin screen, limit their retention using configurable retention settings, or use the WordPress privacy tools (Export Personal Data / Remove Personal Data), which this plugin registers natively.
