Closed-loop personas
EdenPersona can receive persona segmentation updates generated on the SaaS side and apply them as edp_persona_tag tags on WooCommerce users. The plugin resolves hashed identities (email_hash -> wp_user_id) and applies state transitions (active, moved, removed) so user tags stay aligned with the latest persona assignments.
Prerequisites: EdenPersona Connector v1.5.0+, an active EdenPersona workspace, and an HMAC secret copied from EdenPersona SaaS. Calls to POST /wp-json/edenpersona/v1/sync-persona-map, GET /wp-json/edenpersona/v1/health, and POST /wp-json/edenpersona/v1/export-persona-csv are authenticated with X-EdenPersona-Signature and scoped with X-EdenPersona-Workspace.
Activation: in WordPress admin, open WooCommerce -> EdenPersona -> Closed-loop, enable the closed-loop toggle, and paste the HMAC secret from EdenPersona SaaS. Run the maintenance actions (rehash + hash mapping rebuild) before the first production sync.
