This plugin is an add-on to the Contact Form 7 plugin.
With a drop-down menu of contact forms (previously created with the contact form 7 plugin), this plugin allows for
easily adding contact forms to specific pages by adding the form at the end of the content.
Edit the page you wish to add a contact form.
There is a drop-down menu in the right hand column
Choose a contact form from the drop-down and save the page
