這個外掛會新增一個小工具，讓你可以展示 WordPress 日本地區官方角色。這個可愛的角色在日文中被稱作「わぷー(Wapuu)」。
「わぷー(Wapuu)」是由 Kazuko Kaneuchi 在 GPL v2 許可證 或 之後的版本下進行設計。
功能

透過 GD library 2.0.1 或更新版本調整圖片大小。
設置圖片背景顏色。
新增圖片連結。
在小工具中顯示描述。
設置描述的字型大小。
支援 Lightbox。
本地化支援：英文(預設)、日本語(Japanese, UTF-8)。
注意事項
有為不同尺寸的圖片做好準備。
有效尺寸：125 像素、150 像素、175 像素、200 像素、380 像素。
你也可以設置其他尺寸。如果設置其他尺寸，GD library 會創建高品質的調整後圖片。
如果未安裝 GD library 2.0.1 或更新版本，則圖片調整得較差，因為圖片是在瀏覽器中進行調整。

This plugin adds a widget that shows the official character of WordPress Japanese local site. This pretty character is called “わぷー(Wapuu)” in Japanese.
“わぷー(Wapuu)” was designed by Kazuko Kaneuchi under GPL v2 license or any later version.

Notes
Some different sizes of images are prepared.
Available size: 125pixel, 150pixel, 175pixel, 200pixel, 380pixel
You can also set other size. If you set other size, the high-quality resized image will be created by GD library.
If GD library 2.0.1 or higher is not installed, the low-quality image will be shown, because the image is resized by the browser.
