這個外掛可以讓使用者透過Facebook Messenger和網站上的業務進行即時聊天。使用者可以在網站上開始對話，並隨時在其他設備上繼續進行。需要注意的是，Facebook仍在不斷發展他們的客戶聊天功能，目前仍處於測試階段。

This plugin will allow users to chat with the website’s business in real-time by using Facebook Messenger. Users can start a conversation on the website and continue it on other devices at any time.
Please note, Facebook is still currently developing their Customer Chat and so it is still in beta.
