Unlike generic chat widgets, WhiteTip AI Chat features built-in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) capabilities that automatically index your WooCommerce products (titles, descriptions, prices, stock levels, and permalinks), blog posts, and static pages. The AI answers visitor queries accurately based on your actual site content and generates interactive Markdown links to direct users to your products and pages.
