Ulte Mail Sync connects a WooCommerce store to Mailchimp e-commerce. Orders, abandoned carts and products reach Mailchimp within seconds, so abandoned cart and purchase automations, product recommendations, segments and revenue reports work with complete data.
What is sent
Orders: customer email, name, items, total and payment status. A placed order, paid or waiting for a bank transfer, ends the customer’s abandoned cart. Cancelled and refunded orders are marked as such in Mailchimp.
Abandoned carts: when a shopper enters an email address at checkout and leaves, the cart is sent to Mailchimp, which starts its abandoned cart automation. Changes to the cart are sent too.
Products: name, price, link, image and description, kept up to date when they change.
Subscribers: customers who tick the newsletter checkbox at checkout join the audience as subscribed contacts; other customers are stored as transactional contacts.
Built not to lose data
Every change goes into a queue. If Mailchimp or the store is unreachable, it is sent again automatically with growing delays.
Changes that cannot be sent are listed in the panel with the reason, and can be sent again with one click.
Email alerts tell the store admin when Mailchimp rejects the API key or changes cannot be sent.
Newsletter consent
A newsletter checkbox is added to the classic and the block checkout. By default only customers who tick it become subscribed contacts. Adding all customers as subscribed is a separate setting.
Existing data
Products and paid orders from the last 12 months can be imported once after connecting. During the import the store is marked as syncing in Mailchimp, so imported orders do not start automations.
Plans
Free for up to 50 paid orders a month. Starter: 500 orders for $9/month, Growth: 2,500 for $19/month, Pro: unlimited for $39/month. Abandoned carts, products and subscribers are not limited.
External services
This plugin sends data to the external services below. Nothing is sent until the store is connected in WooCommerce → Mail Sync.
Ulte service (app.stockeven.com), operated by Event Space Sp. z o.o., Poland. It receives the store’s changes, keeps the queue and sends them to Mailchimp.
Data sent: product ID, name, price, URL, image URL and short description; order ID, status, date, total, items, customer email, first and last name and the newsletter consent flag; cart contents, checkout link and the email entered at checkout; the site URL, store currency, site name, admin email, plugin and WooCommerce versions; the Mailchimp API key (on connection).

Mailchimp (api.mailchimp.com), operated by Intuit Inc. The Ulte service sends the data listed above to the Mailchimp account that owns the API key.

Stripe (checkout.stripe.com, billing.stripe.com), only when a paid plan is chosen or billing is managed. The browser is sent to a Stripe page; the store’s admin email is passed to pre-fill the checkout. Stripe processes the payment and issues invoices.
