新增 twivatar shortcode。當傳遞 Twitter 處理帳號至 name 屬性時，此外掛會從 Twitter 獲取目前的頭像，並將 URL 儲存 24 小時。接著它會顯示出一個影像。
屬性（非必要，除非有特別標註）：
name – Twitter 處理帳號。必要屬性。
size – 可以是‘mini’、‘normal’ 或 ‘bigger’三種之一，其預設值為‘normal’。
link – 影像是否連結至 Twitter 的個人檔案頁面。其預設值為 true。
linkclass – 連結的 class 屬性值。其預設值為 none。
rel – 連結的 rel 屬性值。其預設值為 none。
class – 影像的 class 屬性值。其預設值為 none。
title – 影像的 title 屬性值。其預設值為 none。

Adds twivatar shortcode. When also passed a Twitter handle as the name attribute, the plugin will get the current avatar from Twitter, and store the URL for 24 hours. It then echoes out an image.
Attributes (optional unless marked otherwise):
name – Twitter handle. Required.
size – One of ‘mini’, ‘normal’ or ‘bigger’ Default is ‘normal’.
link – Whether to link the image to the profile page on Twitter. Default is true.
linkclass – class attribute value of the link. Default is none.
rel – rel attribute value of the link. Default is none.
class – class attribute value of the image. Default is none.
title – title attribute value of the image. Default is none.
