You can add a form title and description.
You can set the field position, label, label position, placeholder, enable or disable the field, make it required, add help text, choose full/half/one-third size, and add a custom field class.
Input fields can be made sortable.
You can customize the title, button, description, and input field color, typography, padding, and border.
You can set the success message color and typography.
How to use
First, install the Survey Form plugin
Add the Survey Form block from the block category called “Widgets” in the Gutenberg editor.
You can change block settings from the right-side settings sidebar.
