原文外掛簡介
Scientific AI Image SEO & Alt Text is an audit-and-repair dashboard for WordPress image ALT text.
Unlike automatic ALT generators, the Free plugin focuses on reviewing the existing Media Library, measuring ALT coverage, finding gaps, and letting an editor repair ALT text from one screen. Filename-derived suggestions are generated locally from existing attachment filenames; the Free plugin does not send images or content to an AI service.
Free features:
* Scan the WordPress Media Library
* Measure site-wide image ALT coverage
* Find images with missing ALT text
* View images with and without ALT text
* Edit and save ALT text directly from one dashboard
* Generate simple local filename-derived ALT suggestions
* Run an Image Usage & Context Audit for the images shown on the dashboard
* See which posts, pages or products use an image
* Flag filename-like ALT text, duplicate ALT text and images reused in multiple contexts
* Filter images by ALT status
* No OpenAI API key required
* No external AI service required
* No licence key required
This makes the Free plugin especially useful as a privacy-friendly ALT coverage audit and manual repair workflow rather than an automatic AI ALT generator.
An optional, separately distributed Scientific AI Image SEO Pro add-on adds AI-powered ALT text and SEO filename generation, multilingual output, brand and keyword rules, bulk optimization, automatic optimization on upload, and WooCommerce image support.
External Services
This Free plugin does not contact OpenAI or any other third-party AI service.
All Free features run on your WordPress site and no API key is required.
The separately distributed Pro add-on has its own external-service requirements and documentation.
Privacy
Scientific AI Image SEO & Alt Text Free does not include analytics, tracking, telemetry, or advertising beacons.
