Oravio is an embeddable AI widget that automatically answers your visitors’ questions, based on the content of your site.
Starting with version 2.2.0, you can manage the essentials directly from your WordPress dashboard — no separate account needed: see your plan and monthly usage, add and remove FAQs, and view the leads captured by the widget.

In-plugin dashboard (new) — manage your assistant from WP Admin, no separate login:
Overview: plan, status and monthly usage at a glance
FAQ: add and remove answers that the widget serves instantly and with priority
Leads: view the email leads captured by the widget
Booking (on booking-enabled plans): organize by specialty (e.g. Dentistry, Hair styling) with its own services and hours, optionally add multiple people per specialty each with their own calendar, and manage appointments — approve, cancel or delete
Design (on design-enabled plans): view all the renders generated by your visitors

Oravio is a SaaS service (provided by LudoProgramming). To work, the plugin communicates with the Oravio servers. What data is sent and when:
On activation / free account creation: sends the site domain, the administrator email address, and the site name to https://ludoprogramming.com/api/wp/onboard, in order to automatically create a free Basic account and license.
On license verification: sends the license key to https://ludoprogramming.com/api/wp.
The chat widget: loads the script from https://ludoprogrammingaceengine-dwb8bdexfnbzdvd2.northeurope-01.azurewebsites.net/api/ace.js and sends visitor questions to the Oravio engine to generate answers.
In-plugin dashboard (only when you open it in WP Admin): sends management requests (view plan/usage, manage FAQs, view leads, on booking-enabled plans configure specialties/services/people/hours and manage appointments, and on design-enabled plans view generated renders) to the Oravio engine at https://ludoprogrammingaceengine-dwb8bdexfnbzdvd2.northeurope-01.azurewebsites.net/api/manage/*, authenticated with your license key and a management token stored securely in WordPress.
WooCommerce connector (optional, only if you enable it): the plugin exposes an endpoint that only Oravio calls to check the status of an order (by order number + email). Identity is validated locally, in WordPress — Oravio never receives WooCommerce keys.
