External Services
Omni Content connects to external services when the corresponding feature is configured or used. These services may process information outside your WordPress installation. Review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using each service.
Omni Content / Keval AI API
The plugin connects to the Omni Content / Keval AI API for account connection, subscriptions, usage information, public templates, content generation, and content-improvement features.
Data sent may include the site domain and URL, site name, WordPress version, PHP version, plugin version, license information, account name and email, selected plan, template identifiers and fields, prompts, blog brief, keywords, custom instructions, generated content, image brief, report filters, and generation identifiers.
Data is sent when an administrator connects or activates an Omni Content account or subscription, loads remote templates or account information, requests content generation or improvement, or views remote usage reports. The plugin must not transmit this information before the administrator explicitly starts the connection or related service action.

Configured AI providers
The plugin may use a provider configured through the WordPress AI Client, legacy provider settings, or an administrator-configured compatible endpoint.
Data sent may include prompts, blog briefs, template instructions, tone, language, keywords, custom instructions, selected text, article context, SEO-analysis instructions, generated prompt instructions, image descriptions, and image settings.
Data is sent when an authorized user requests generation, rewriting, topic suggestions, SEO analysis, prompt improvement, or image-related output. The selected provider receives and processes the request.

Data sent may include the selected plan or price identifier, subscription metadata, site and admin URLs, site information, WordPress user identifier and email, subscriber name, email, phone number, country, payment preference, UPI identifier when supplied, return URLs, and Checkout Session identifier.

Google Fonts and favicon service
The plugin may request Google Fonts on designated administration screens and favicon images when displaying sources. These requests may disclose standard connection information, including an IP address, user agent, referrer, requested font family, or requested favicon domain.
Requests are made when a relevant administration screen is viewed or a source favicon is displayed. Site administrators should review this behavior before enabling related functionality.

Remote image hosts
When generated content contains a remote image URL, the plugin can request that image and import it into the WordPress media library. The image host may receive the server IP address and requested URL.
The request is made when an authorized user saves or schedules generated content containing a remote image and chooses to use the image. The provider depends on the returned image URL; users should review that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
Optional license-verification endpoint
An administrator may configure a custom endpoint for license verification. The endpoint may receive the license key, license email, site URL, admin URL, and product identifier.
Data is sent only when an administrator configures the endpoint and requests verification. The administrator is responsible for reviewing the endpoint provider’s terms and privacy policy.
