安裝此外掛後，任何 class 為 image-full 或 class 為 image-thumbnail 的圖片，當滑鼠移到上面時，將彈出提示框，可讓使用者將圖片提交到 Cheezburger Network 進行標題製作。提示框中還有一個連結，可讓使用者查看該圖片的所有標題選擇。
當圖片被提交後，部落格管理員將收到一封電子郵件，通知有圖像被提交到 Cheezburger Network。

Once this plugin is activated, any image of class image-full or any image of class image-thumbnail which links to a larger image will get a tooltip popup on mouseover that will allow the image to be submitted for captioning to the Cheezburger Network. There is also a link in the tooltip popup that will allow a user to see all the captioned version of that image.
When an image is submitted for captioning the blog admin will receive an email indicating that an image has been submitted to the Cheezburger Network.
