Laqi Order Status Workflows handles repetitive order routing for you. Build a rule that runs when an order enters a WooCommerce status, add conditions, and choose what should happen next.
This plugin is the complete rule engine: unlimited rules, nested AND/OR condition groups, every condition field and action, and starter templates.
Conditions
Shipping and billing country, shipping method, payment method, order total, currency, customer type, coupon, and item count.
Product, category, tag, shipping class, and product attribute conditions.
Customer order count and lifetime spend.
Field-aware selectors for countries, gateways, products, coupons, categories, and other WooCommerce data.
Actions
Move the order to another status.
Add a private or customer-facing order note.

A separate paid add-on plugin, installed alongside this one, adds time-in-status triggers, weekly scheduled sweeps with bounded background batches, reusable condition segments, conditional if/then/otherwise actions, multi-step sequences with per-step safety checks, previewed background application of saved rules with progress and cancellation, shadow mode for continuously observing what an active rule would do, and a searchable audit trail with safe undo for reversible actions. This plugin is fully functional on its own, without a licence or account.

Privacy and external services
This plugin does not include a licensing SDK and does not contact Laqi Logistics or Freemius.
Webhook and Slack/Teams actions contact only the URL entered by a store administrator and send the message configured in that rule. Email actions use the site’s normal WordPress mail setup.
Source Code
The admin interface is compiled. Its sources ship in this package under assets/src/, package-lock.json pins the build dependencies, and webpack.config.js defines the entry point. Rebuild from the plugin directory with npm ci && npm run build, which uses only @wordpress/scripts with no minifier or transform beyond its defaults.
