由於原始插件已經不再開發，我們決定製作一個新的插件。

This project is no longer under development:
Due to the osTicket versions always changing basic database aspects we felt it was simply not stable enough to be used in production.
It simply takes too much time and effort to keep up with all the recodes on each version and too many bugs pop up as a result of it.
We have therefor moved on to a different ticketing system and developed different portal plugin for it. (we have not yet made this portal public but might do so in the future).

Project Description
This is a rebuild of the original OSTicket WP Bridge plugin
Because the original plugin was no longer developed we decided to make a new plugin out of it.
adding new features, fixing old bugs and security flaws.
Basic Features:
Compatible with osTicket 1.9.3 – 1.10.
POP / IMAP functionality stays intact.
You can use both osTicket scp, reply to email OR use WordPress for all tickets.
Integrates with your WordPress users.
Good work-flow of Open, Answered and Closed tickets.

Admin and Department signatures from osTicket.
