IM Mail Form is a customizable contact form plugin designed for website creators and developers.
Features include:

Honeypot, time trap, and rate limiting
Japanese and English support

Email sending history allows administrators to review email delivery status from the WordPress admin screen.
Stored information includes:

Sending date and time
Form name
Admin email status
Auto-reply email status
Recipient information
Sender IP address

Email contents and submitted form data are not stored.
