This plugin requires connection to Hi.Fan (https://hi.fan) to create and manage short links.
What data is sent:
* Your WordPress site URL and site name (during authorization)
* Post/page URLs when creating short links
* API key for authentication
When data is sent:
* When you authorize the plugin with Hi.Fan
* When a short link is created (automatically on publish or manually)
* When fetching click statistics for existing short links
* When fetching your available domains

Google Charts API (QR Code Fallback)
