Gym Class Pass Manager turns your WordPress site into a clean, modern booking app for gyms, boxes and studios. Members open it on their phone, see the weekly schedule and book or cancel their spot in seconds. You manage everything from the same app — no extra software, no complicated setup.
Perfect if you just need reservations to work, without plans, payments or unnecessary features.

What you get as the centre
Activities — Yoga, Spinning, CrossFit, Pilates… each with its colour.
Weekly schedule — classes that repeat every week, with their own capacity and duration.
Capacity limit and waiting list — set how many spots each class has. When full, members join the waiting list and get in automatically if someone cancels.
Members — invite them by email. They create their password and start booking. Remove access anytime.
Trial class — when you invite someone, you can let them book a single trial class. Give them full access when they sign up. You can turn this option off in Settings → Centre.
Who is coming — see the list of people booked in each class.
Attendance — mark who showed up.
Cancel a class — cancel a single session and notify the members who booked.
No limits — unlimited members, activities, classes and bookings.
How it works
Install and activate the plugin.
Open the app from your WordPress dashboard and set your centre name and logo.
Create your activities and build the weekly schedule.
Invite your members and share the app address (for example yoursite.com/app/).
They book from their phone. You see who is coming.
Everything is managed from the mobile app. WordPress is only used for the initial setup and a few options.
Gym Class Pro
When your centre grows, Gym Class Pro turns the free app into the full system for running it. Same data, same members, same schedule — plus everything you need to charge, control access and keep people coming back.

Source code
The JavaScript and CSS files distributed with this plugin (in the assets/ folder) are the human-readable source. They are not minified or compiled from another private repository. No build tools are required to review or modify them.
