這個外掛是基於由 @LovedayBrooke 所創建的工具（http://gender-decoder.katmatfield.com/）

它的目的是讓招聘人員檢查職位描述是否更適合男性或女性候選人

將 [gender-decoder] 短碼添加到網站上，就可以顯示簡單的表單和 php 函式，檢查職位廣告中常用於針對男性或女性的用詞

Based on a tool created by @LovedayBrooke available from http://gender-decoder.katmatfield.com/
This tool is intended to allow recruiters to check if a job description will appeal more to a male or female candidate
Allows the user to add the shortcode [gender-decoder] to their site to display a simple form and php function that will check for words often used to target men or women in job adverts
