Most WordPress websites only need a simple contact form. You shouldn’t have to use a complex form builder just to receive a message from your website.
Simple Contact Form makes it easy to add an accessible contact form to your WordPress website in minutes. It includes effective built-in spam protection and works without complicated setup or unnecessary features.
Everything you need for a regular contact form is included for free. There is no premium version and no paid extensions.
Add your contact form using the block editor or a shortcode and you’re ready to receive messages.
