這個外掛程式旨在協助需要定期使用固定、複雜格式發表文章的使用者，
它不是使用 post_meta，而是使用包覆在＃字元中的文字來替換內容，並將其儲存為新文章，以保留更多修改的空間。

使用方法
此外掛程式提供一個功能，讓使用者可以發表文章，
使用：
這個功能是針對客製化內容設計的，但目前我仍在考慮更好的方法。
第一個參數：0 可以替換為樣板號碼。
第二個參數：可以是「publish」、「draft」或「both」
但您需要注意，使用者必須有足夠的權限。

This plugin supply a function to let user post,
use:
This function is for customization,but so far I still pondor better way .
First augument:0 can be replace with template number.
Second augument: can be ‘publish’,’draft’,’both’
but you should notice that user should have enough authority.
