EVO Return Reason Tracker for WooCommerce helps store teams record and review structured reason data for order-related events.
The plugin is designed around admin workflows. It adds return reason tools to the Orders list, order edit screens, and a consolidated Return Reasons admin area with tracker, reason-management, and reporting tabs.

Data retention
EVO Return Reason Tracker for WooCommerce preserves plugin data by default when the plugin is removed. Return reason events, reason library settings, plugin version options, and WooCommerce order notes are treated as operational records and are not automatically deleted by the uninstall handler.
