Elevoire Email Delivery Doctor is a complete diagnostic suite for WordPress email. Instead of adding yet another SMTP sender, it tells you what is wrong with the email setup you already have — and exactly how to fix it.

External Services
This plugin acts as a diagnostic tool and connects to external services to verify your email configuration. The following external services are used:
Your Configured SMTP Provider (e.g., Amazon SES, Gmail, SendGrid, etc.):
The plugin contains a registry of known SMTP hostnames (like email-smtp.us-east-1.amazonaws.com, smtp.gmail.com, etc.) to provide configuration hints. The plugin will connect to whichever SMTP server you have configured in your primary SMTP plugin. It sends an EHLO greeting and, when credentials are configured, attempts authentication. It may also test the sender/recipient envelope without sending message content. Your provider receives the connection IP, configured authentication credentials, sender/recipient addresses used by the envelope test, and SMTP commands.
Terms/Privacy depend on your configured provider, for example: Amazon SES Terms, Google Privacy.
Cloudflare Public DNS & Google Public DNS:
Used when local DNS resolution is unavailable or when resolver comparison is requested. The plugin sends the diagnosed domain and requested DNS record types via DNS-over-HTTPS.

Used to obtain public registration/allocation dates for domains and IP addresses. Sends domain names and configured sending IP.
