We designed the CreataCaptcha plugin to be as user-friendly as possible. CreataCaptcha is self-hosted, which brings a lot of benefits compared to common captcha services. Some of the features that set us apart are:
– Use your own images. You have full control of the captcha puzzles that your visitors see, allowing you to make them tailored to your website and brand.
– Unlimited captcha solving. You can have 10 or 10,000,000 daily visitors without any concerns.
– Protect your visitors’ data. The captcha validation happens on your website, without any external requests or tracking involved.
Customization options
Apart from allowing you to upload your own images, CreataCaptcha offers some unique features to allow your website’s protection to stand out.
– Use your own question. To make sure your visitors understand which images to pick as correct, you can set any question that makes sense like “Which of these photos include beer?”.
– Add custom messages. Each captcha challenge can have a personalized incorrect and lockout messages. These appear when a visitor fails to solve a captcha or makes too many failed attempts.

Security features
CreataCaptcha is ready to handle all kinds of bots or tools. We are serious about security and keeping your website safe from spam or other malicious attempts. These are some of the features that you get and can configure on the plugin’s settings page:
– Maximum Attempts. The number of times a visitor can fail to solve the captcha before being locked out. Defaults to 5.
– Lockout Duration. The number of minutes a lockout will last. Defaults to 10.
– Lockout Message. Shown to locked out visitors. Individual image groups can override this message.
– Blacklist. These IP addresses will always be blocked without being shown a captcha.
– Whitelist. These IP addresses will skip the captcha and cannot be locked out.
Premium captcha plugin
