Companies House API
The optional “Company Lookup” feature in Settings allows you to search for UK company information (name, registration number, registered address) using the official Companies House API.
When: Only when you manually click the “Look up” button in the Company Settings page
What is sent: The company name or number you type in the search field
Service provider: Companies House (UK Government)
API endpoint: Requests are proxied through our secure endpoint at https://api.meetempo.com/ch/ to protect the API key

No other external API calls are made by this plugin. All accounting data remains exclusively in your WordPress database.
