Chat Assist for WooCommerce is an AI-powered chatbot plugin that lets your customers ask questions, find products, and get instant answers – by text or by voice. It works right inside your store, so shoppers never have to leave the page.
The free version runs entirely on your server with no signup and no external services. Premium plans add AI-powered conversations, voice chat in multiple languages, and more.

External Services
Free mode does not connect to any external service. All chat processing happens locally on your WordPress server.
Premium mode connects to the Qonvor backend to provide AI-powered text and voice chat features. When premium mode is enabled, the following data is transmitted to the Qonvor API:
The current page URL (query strings are stripped)
Product and cart context from WooCommerce (names, prices, stock status)
Chat messages entered by the visitor
Audio data when voice chat is active
This data is processed in accordance with Qonvor’s privacy policy and terms of service:
