WooCommerce adds to cart without a page reload on shop pages, but not on single product pages. Carbon Based AJAX Add to Cart fills that gap. Customers add simple and variable products from the product page and see the message straight away, with no reload.
Features
Standard WooCommerce forms – Works with default form.cart and form.variations_form on single product pages (enabled by default).
Custom form profiles – Map non-standard purchase boxes with your own CSS selectors for the form, variation ID, parent product ID, quantity, and attributes.
Notice HTML in AJAX responses – Success and error messages are returned as HTML, not only through cart fragments.
Optional cart fragments – Mini-cart and other fragment targets can update after a successful add.
Behaviour controls – Loading indicator modes (theme spinner, plugin spinner, text, or custom), single-submit guard, scroll-to-notice option, and post-add behaviour.
Compatibility options – Normal or conservative submit handling, extra form fields, optional send-all form fields for add-ons, and an automatic warning when another AJAX add-to-cart plugin looks active.
Developer filters – Extend profiles, payloads, notices, cart item data, and form binding.
In-plugin Information tab – Closed topics matching each settings tab.
Requires WooCommerce. Settings are under Carbon Based > AJAX Add to Cart.
