Brobot is an AI sales assistant that talks to shoppers on your store, in
Hebrew or English. It reads your catalogue and your own pages, answers what
a shopper asks, shows the products that fit, and hands the conversation to a
person when that is the better answer.
This plugin does one thing: it adds the Brobot loader to your pages. All of
the assistant runs on the Brobot service, so there is nothing to configure
here beyond the connection itself.
Until you connect a store, the plugin adds nothing to your site and no
request is made from a visitor’s browser.
External service
This plugin is an interface to Brobot, a paid service operated by BroStudio.
It will not do anything without a Brobot account.
Once connected, the plugin adds this tag to your pages:
Your server sends nothing. The plugin only prints the tag above.
The visitor’s browser loads the assistant from getbrobot.com, and
sends your store ID, your public key and the page address so the service
knows which store and which page the shopper is on.
If the shopper opens the chat, what they type is sent to the service to be
answered, and is stored so that you can read the conversation.
If the shopper chooses to leave contact details, those details are sent and
stored so that you can reach them.
