Third-Party Service Disclosure
This plugin relies on the AIsoule Cloud Platform (https://app.aisoule.com) and the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to deliver automated WhatsApp messages and sync customer profiles.
When an order status updates or an abandoned cart is captured, store event details (such as order ID, customer name, phone number, and items) are sent securely to AIsoule’s API at https://app.aisoule.com/api.
A free or paid AIsoule account is required to generate an API key and send WhatsApp template messages.
