AffGate Slot Catalog (over 30,000 slot machines) imports structured game data from the AffGate feed and creates a native WordPress catalog with:
A custom post type for games.
Provider, game type, theme, and volatility taxonomies.
Catalog, single-game, related-game, provider, type, and theme directory shortcodes.
Optional remote images or local Media Library image caching.
Demo launch, rating, and error-reporting interfaces.
Optional Real Play links configured by the site administrator.
Optional scheduled weekly updates for games already present in the catalog.
Container-aware responsive cards for catalogs, directories, and related games.
Optional release dates and color-graded game popularity indexes.
Optional localized game-interest charts for the latest 12 available months and a top-country popularity diagram.
Optional sortable online-casino cards with configurable placement and a dedicated shortcode.
Configurable catalog parent pages, responsive filters, button background/text colors, and frontend styles.
No AffGate account is required. The plugin does not process wagers or payments. Site owners are responsible for complying with the laws, age restrictions, licensing rules, and content requirements that apply in their jurisdiction.
Shortcodes
[affgsc_games] displays the game catalog and filters.
[affgsc_games provider="netent" per_page="24" limit="100"] displays up to 100 games with 24 games per page.
[affgsc_games ids="123,456" layout="list" nav="none"] displays selected games by local WordPress post ID.
[affgsc_game id="123"] displays one game by local WordPress post ID.
[affgsc_related_provider_games id="123"] displays related games.
[affgsc_interest_chart title="{name}: {provider}" view="all"] displays the enabled monthly-interest and country-popularity charts with an optional placeholder-based title.
[affgsc_casinos title="{name}: online casinos" per_page="5"] displays configured casino cards.
[affgsc_providers] displays the provider list.
[affgsc_types] displays the game type list.
[affgsc_themes] displays the game theme list.
Catalog navigation accepts pagination, load_more, or none. In carousel mode, cards use responsive arrow navigation with at most five visible cards. Taxonomy directory shortcodes accept comma-separated local term IDs through id and a total limit. Every frontend shortcode accepts style_theme="black|white" and main_color="#RRGGBB"; omitted values inherit the global frontend settings.
External services
This plugin relies on AffGate for catalog data. It retrieves the signed provider manifest on activation, during administrator-requested imports, and during optional weekly updates. The activation request contains no site URL or installation ID, although the server IP and a generic plugin user agent are visible as with any HTTP request.
If game-interest charts are enabled, the server downloads the AffGate frequency feed after imports and during background refreshes. It stores only data for locally imported games. Charts render locally and do not send visitor requests to AffGate. Every chart includes linked AffGate data-source attribution.
Activation alone does not register an installation. Registration occurs before the first import or when weekly updates or charts are enabled. It sends the site URL and hostname, a persistent random installation ID, installation date, plugin version, active-game count, and temporary site-control proof. AffGate verifies the public HTTPS site and returns a secret. Later lifecycle requests use HMAC-SHA256, timestamps, nonces, and replay-resistant identifiers. They contain no visitor activity, ratings, or demo reports.
The feed manifest is signed with Ed25519. The plugin accepts only signing keys embedded in the installed release, verifies the manifest signature, and verifies the declared byte size and SHA-256 checksum of every downloaded provider or frequency file. Key rotation requires a plugin update that trusts the replacement key before AffGate switches the feed signer.

Imported games can contain provider-hosted image and demo URLs. Remote images are disabled by default; when enabled, visitors may connect to those hosts. Optional local caching downloads images to the Media Library. Demo iframes remain unloaded until launched. External providers receive ordinary connection data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Optional usage sharing is disabled by default and requires administrator opt-in. Its weekly payload contains installation details, active-game count, aggregated launches, Real Play clicks and ratings, plus submitted demo reports with report text, page URL, demo URL, provider, and time. Raw visitor IP addresses and user agents are not sent. Disabling it stops sharing and clears the pending queue.
Third-party libraries
The plugin includes Apache ECharts 6.1.0 for local chart rendering. The corresponding human-readable source is Apache ECharts 6.1.0 source. The unmodified dist/echarts.min.js distribution can be reproduced from that source with npm install followed by npm run build. ECharts is licensed under the Apache License 2.0; its license text is included in assets/vendor/echarts-LICENSE.txt. No ECharts CDN is used.
Privacy
Ratings and demo reports are stored in custom tables; aggregate counters use WordPress options. To limit duplicates, the plugin sets an HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax random cookie and stores one-way HMAC hashes derived from the identifier and connection data. Raw IP addresses and user agents are not stored. Demo reports expire after 30 days; ratings and counters remain until administrator removal.
Suggested text is added to the WordPress Privacy Policy Guide. Enabling remote images, launching demos, following administrator-configured links, or opting in to usage sharing can transmit data to external services as described above.
