這個外掛就是使用 ACF 內部的匯出功能從你的主頁面篩選數據。然後會刪除並重新匯入子頁面的所有字段組。所以它更像是一個 hack 而不是真正的同步。

這樣會導致你的文章 ID 數字經常提高，但我認為這其實並沒有太大的問題。

What does it do?
This plugin does nothing else than to use the internal export function of ACF to filter the data from your main page. After that all fieldgroups of your subpage will be deleted and re-imported. So it’s more of a hack than a real sync.
This has the consequence that the ID integer of your posts shoots pretty in height with frequent use. But that doesn’t really matter I think.
