Wyapy Customer Feedback for WooCommerce lets you collect structured customer feedback at two key moments:
On the WooCommerce “Thank you” page (post checkout survey).
A few days after order completion (post delivery survey reached from a feedback request sent by email).
This plugin connects your WooCommerce store to the Wyapy service, where you can manage surveys, questions and analytics.
Main features:
Embed a customer satisfaction survey directly on the order confirmation page.
Gather per-item or categorized customer feedback after delivery.
Schedule transactional feedback request emails a configurable number of days after order completion.
Advanced analytics and AI reports available inside the Wyapy dashboard loaded inside your admin console.
This plugin requires WooCommerce.
How it works
Install and activate the plugin.
Connect your store to Wyapy.
Wyapy creates a workspace and default projects for your store.
Configure:
Post checkout survey
Post delivery survey
Wyapy embeds a survey iframe on the Thank you page and schedules post delivery emails using Action Scheduler.
All post delivery emails sent by this plugin are transactional and related to the specific order. They are not categorized as marketing emails.
Data sent to Wyapy
To provide feedback and analytics, the plugin sends limited order data to the Wyapy API, such as:
Order ID.
Order status and completion time.
Items and totals necessary to associate feedback with an order.
Store identifier and project configuration.
The plugin does not send your WooCommerce login credentials or customer personal data (for example name, email address, phone number, billing/shipping address).
Customer email addresses are not sent to Wyapy servers. Post-delivery feedback request emails are sent by your WooCommerce site to the order email address.
You can remove all plugin configuration and order meta created by the plugin via the WordPress Plugins → Delete flow.
