WPGrock Appointment Booking is a free WordPress appointment scheduling plugin for service businesses that want customers to book appointments through a simple online calendar.
Display available dates and time slots, collect customer details through a booking form, and manage appointments from your WordPress dashboard. Configure weekly working hours, breaks, blackout dates, service durations, and booking timezones.

Privacy
WPGrock Appointment Booking stores customer name, email, phone, appointment information and optional booking messages submitted through the site. This information is stored locally in the WordPress database and is used to manage appointments and send booking notifications. The plugin does not transmit customer data to external services by default. Site administrators should configure their privacy policy and data retention practices for their specific business and jurisdiction.
