此外掛可輔助您在使用者滾動頁面時新增一個通知框，而且該通知支援 HTML 及 WordPress 縮略語。您可以在其中放置任何內容，例如 YouTube 影片或其他內容。

使用方法

此外掛是為所有 WordPress 使用者打造，因此非常容易上手：

在「安裝外掛」介面中安裝此外掛，或將「wp-responsive-scrolling-notification」資料夾上傳至「/wp-content/plugins/」資料夾中。
啟用 WP Responsive Scrolling Notification 外掛。
在「設定」中新增一個設定頁面「Notification」，您應該先確認此頁面，並進行第一次選項儲存。

Clean=Free of useless links + Free of useless code.
This plugin help you to add a Notification box when user scrolling the page, the notification support HTML and WordPress shortcode. So you can put any content in it, like a Youtube video or others.
Usage
This was built considering for everyone to be able to use no matter the WordPress experience, so it’s very easy:

Install the plugin through the Install Plugins interface or by uploading the wp-responsive-scrolling-notification folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the WP Responsive Scrolling Notification plugin.
A new setting page will be created within Settings > Notification, you should check with that, and make a first options save.
