版本管理

此專案實作了語義化版本管理準則。

版本號會採用以下格式：

<主要版本>.<次要版本>.<修補版本>

並遵循以下守則：

向下不相容的改變會增加主要版本號（同時重設次要和修補版本號）
新增功能但不向下不相容的改變會增加次要版本號（同時重設修補版本號）
修正漏洞或其他變更會增加修補版本號

Breaking backward compatibility bumps the major (and resets the minor and patch)
New additions without breaking backward compatibility bumps the minor (and resets the patch)
Bug fixes and misc changes bumps the patch
