Default permalinks structure in WordPress:

Custom Post Type > Post
Taxonomy > Single Term

Friendly permalinks structure pattern available using this plugin:

Custom Post Type > Single Term (or Term tree) > Post
Custom Post Type > Post (when no term is selected)
Custom Post Type > Single Term (or Term tree)
