Activate Wootalk from your Plugins page.
Go to “Wootalk admin menu”.

Upload the wootalk folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the wootalk plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Go to “after activation” below.
