Use this quiz maker to create trivia quizzes, scored exams, knowledge tests, IQ-style quizzes, yes-or-no / true-or-false quizzes, training assessments, and survey-style quizzes (hide or de-emphasize scoring with info questions and result messages). Score-band result messages let you show different outcomes based on the user’s percentage.
Creating a simple quiz
Go to WiVi Quiz → Questions and add questions to your question bank (or create them inside the quiz builder).
Go to WiVi Quiz → Quizzes and click Add New.
Add a title, select questions, choose a theme, and configure scoring or timer options.
Copy the shortcode from the Publish tab and paste it into a page or post.
That’s it. Your WordPress quiz is ready.
Customizable questions
Each question supports points, explanations, hints, correct/wrong messages, categories, tags, and optional media. Add a question image, answer images, a background image, or a YouTube / uploaded video. Mark questions as “no influence to score” when you want survey-style items inside a quiz.

Quiz results, scores and reports
After a quiz is completed, attempts are stored in your WordPress database. From WiVi Quiz → Results you can review scores, pass rates, averages, attempt details, and a leaderboard. Export results to CSV for analysis, email marketing, or offline reporting.
Frontend results can show percentage or correct-count scoring, pass/fail messages, score-band messages, answer review / solutions, rank among attempts, restart, social share, and an optional printable certificate for passed users.
Quiz themes, styles and live preview
Six designed quiz themes are included: Aurora, Strand, Pulse, Orbit, Bloom, and Scroll. Customize colors, width, buttons, progress, timer, and animations to match your site. Use live draft preview from the builder while you edit.
Question bank
Reuse questions across quizzes with a dedicated question bank. Organize questions with categories, insert them into any quiz, and import or export questions via CSV.
User data form
Collect name, email, and phone before or after the quiz. Use the data for follow-up, lead capture, or admin notifications. Optionally email results to the user and the admin with wp_mail.

This plugin can optionally connect to third-party services that you configure. Nothing is sent until you enable the related setting and provide your own credentials (or a visitor completes a protected form).
Google reCAPTCHA
Used only when you enable reCAPTCHA in settings and provide site/secret keys. It helps reduce spam quiz submissions.
